AS CITY COUNCILMAN, ALVIN WANTS TO

• Support economic development staff and two Development Authority Boards to attract fine dining and higher-end retail to the Old National Commercial Corridor.
• Establish a District 7 code enforcement initiative that will help increase our property values and keep our community attractive.
• Work closely with the Public Works Department to improve lighting in the area and ensure our streets are litter-free.
• Support police so we maintain low crime rates in District 7.

  Host roundtables to ensure business owners hear from residents about their desire for top-notch customer service in our area.
